3: test

3.1 According to GJB1217-1991 1005, under normal temperature and pressure, between conductor and insulator, the test voltage (effective value) AC 200V / 50Hz,

within 1min without breakdown or arc phenomenon, the overleakage current is less than 2mA.

3.2 According to GJB1217-1991 1005, under normal temperature and pressure, the test voltage (effective value) DC 200V and insulation resistance greater than10m Ω .

3.3 contact resistance: contact resistance ≤ 10 m Ω under normal temperature and pressure.

3.4 Salt spray test: according to GJB1217-1991 1001, the connector was tested by  5% NaCl solution and 35 ±2 ℃ neutral salt spray test for 48 h, and no corrosion was found to affect the performance of the connector. 

3.5 Waterproof performance: under normal temperature and normal pressure, the male and female of the waterproof connector are inserted into the nut and placed in 1 m deep water, and the test time is 4 hour without water penetration,and stay 30 minutes under normal temperature and pressure,get to 3.1;3.2;3.3 test requirement

3.6 Contact separation force: single hole separation force is 1.0N-3.0N

3.7 Mechanical life: test in accordance with GJB1217-1991 2016, 3000 times of plugging and unplugging , contact friction surface allow slight wear but no exposure to matrix metals. There is no mechanical damage affecting the performance. After the test, the contact resistance meets the requirements of test section 3.3.

3.8 compatibility: same type of free connector and fixed connector should be able to be fully plugged and separated.

3.9 Environmental adaptability: product shall meet the requirements specified in below table

3.10 Test method: except as otherwise specified, normal temperature and pressure refer to temperature 15℃- 35 ℃, relative humidity 45%- 75%, atmospheric pressure 86- 106KPa.
